Abstract

The workshop on Approaches, Models and Tools for Digitization of Specific Ethnographic Objects presents the main outcomes of the international project Europe Ritual Cuisine – Digital Presentation and Preservation (EURICA), funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme KA2 Strategic Partnerships. The workshop outlines the proposed methodology and model for digital presentation, preservation and promotion of the ritual recipes as specific ethnographic objects and presents the developed online training resources.
