Abstract

The aim of the paper is to discuss the impact of information technology on socio-economic, cultural processes and the consequent need for a balanced digital transformation, especially in higher education and the creative and cultural sectors, bridging the digital divide and fostering analytical thinking without underestimating creative skills.
