Abstract

Cultural and creative industries are undergoing a digital transformation. To successfully use the opportunities of information technologies, it is necessary to invest in human capital. A successful, digitally based, accessible and inclusive career guidance system is one of the preconditions for the development of countries, organizations and individuals.
