The following paper aims at providing a framework of how digital approaches can be used in the rehabilitation of residential built heritage for creating immersive spatial visualizations. Among these digital tools, Historic Building Information Modeling and Extended Reality facilitate an interdisciplinary collaboration and more effective strategies based on a clear assessment of the risks associated with the implementation process.References
